2011

My Credit was born from the experience gained between 2011 and 2021 in the sector of management and valorisation of credits and real estate assets. Initially focused on mediation between debtors and financial institutions, it has progressively developed its own operating model, moving from real estate analysis and valuation to direct investment in mortgage credits.

2013

Since 2013, the approach has been oriented towards the acquisition of properties and the direct management of positions, making it possible to overcome the inefficiencies linked to judicial timing and executive procedures. Thanks to a detailed analysis of assets and debt situations, the company has expanded its operations, involving real estate investors to support acquisition and valorization activities.

2017

Starting from 2017, with the formal establishment of the company, a solid real estate and financial network has been structured, implementing advanced management tools, including securitization operations and participatory financial instruments. The business continued to develop through strategic partnerships and operational spin-offs, consolidating investment capacity and expanding the managed portfolio.

2021

In 2021, given the evolution of the market and the growing need for capital, the company strengthened the involvement of professional investors through capital increase operations and the development of Wealth Management services. The objective is to guarantee increasingly structured and sustainable management of resources, encouraging the growth of the volume of assets administered and the strategic reinvestment of capital.
