About us
My Credit was born from the experience gained between 2011 and 2021 in the sector of management and valorisation of credits and real estate assets. Initially focused on mediation between debtors and financial institutions, it has progressively developed its own operating model, moving from real estate analysis and valuation to direct investment in mortgage credits.
Since 2013, the approach has been oriented towards the acquisition of properties and the direct management of positions, making it possible to overcome the inefficiencies linked to judicial timing and executive procedures. Thanks to a detailed analysis of assets and debt situations, the company has expanded its operations, involving real estate investors to support acquisition and valorization activities.
Starting from 2017, with the formal establishment of the company, a solid real estate and financial network has been structured, implementing advanced management tools, including securitization operations and participatory financial instruments. The business continued to develop through strategic partnerships and operational spin-offs, consolidating investment capacity and expanding the managed portfolio.
In 2021, given the evolution of the market and the growing need for capital, the company strengthened the involvement of professional investors through capital increase operations and the development of Wealth Management services. The objective is to guarantee increasingly structured and sustainable management of resources, encouraging the growth of the volume of assets administered and the strategic reinvestment of capital.

NPLs and social impact: MyCredit's challenge
Mirko Tramontano was interviewed by Erika Tomasicchio for Be Bankers magazine, a portal dedicated to the credit sector.
During the interview, Mirko traced the company's history since its foundation and explained how its strong specialisation in mortgage credits and in particular the analysis of real estate underlyings constitutes a peculiarity compared to other companies managing NPLs today.
But that's not all: MyCredit invests its own capital. More than a servicer, it is a primary investor in the credit market.
MyCredit's goal is to bridge the gap between the financial world, which deals with numbers, balance sheet provisions, and credit securitisation, and the real economy, with a concrete and ethical approach.

Former Red Arrow restarts with My Credit. The center awarded for 16.4 million
BRESCIA. It will no longer be called Red Arrow. And it will no longer be a shopping mall. MyCredit's goal is to create an international attraction and service center in Brescia that pivots on the city's cultural and tourist vocation. The auction within the bankruptcy proceedings of Freccia Rossa Shopping Centre spa took place yesterday in Milan, and the group led by Mirko Tra-montano-through its subsidiary Horus srl-won “Lot number 1,” that is, the property used as a shopping center (120 ne-gozi, restaurant area, multiplex cinema) for an amount of 16.4 million euros. This award follows the one last June (Lot 2) of the property housing the Virgin Active gym.
