RELEASESCapital with My Credit for the acquisition of an NPL portfolio from BCC Centropadana
Milan, February 4, 2021 - Balbec Capital LP, a private investment company operating on a global scale, has acquired through the securitization vehicle Duomo SPV, a portfolio of NPL loans for a GBV value of € 5,200,00.00 from BCC Centropadana.
The portfolio, consisting of mainly secured loans with underlying real estate, will be managed entirely, as a special servicer, by My Credit SpA, a company specialized in the valorization of NPL and Utp assets and portfolios, through the management method based on territoriality (over 1100 brokers active in Italy) and the ability to manage a combination between the financial and real estate world.
The master servicer chosen for the management of the portfolio is Banca Finint).

Milan, 8 October 2020 - MyCredit SpA, a company specialized in the investment and enhancement of NPL and Utp assets and portfolios, and Balbec Capital LP, a private investment company operating on a global scale, announce that they have acquired from BCC Agrobresciano a portfolio of NPL credits with a GBV of € 10 million, almost entirely Secured and guaranteed by residential assets.
The Master servicer chosen to manage the portfolio is Securitisation Services S.p.A., while MyCredit S.p.A. will operate as subservicer.

Valentina Magri collected for BeBeez International the forecasts of some relevant companies in the real estate sector on the market trend after the current crisis.
MyCredit has contributed with a research, which shows that 52.4% of professionals in the sector expect a drop in prices, while 47.6% assume that after an initial decline, the market will recover the trend of the previous period the crisis.
MyCredit's forecasts are in line with those of Nomisma, which expects a drop in sales in the residential sector due to the squeeze on mortgages by banks.
